VM performance reports - programmatic access

We have custom provisioning portal and need to show vm performance report  for each vm in home grown application.

Is it possible to see vCops reports via a URL that we can embed per vm basis in a HTML frame ? Or another way to somehow export vCops reports programmatically ? Or a scheduled job to export reports as HTML and save to web server etc ?

I am new to vCops, so appreciate any help. Thank you!

Reports can be sent from the UI by email (SMTP), which arrives in .csv and PDF form. There is no programmatic access to reporting at this time, 5.8.1.
