VM events for 'Guest Info Ip Address' changed

All,  I have seen these events in VCOPS and trying to dig into what they mean.  I have a MS SQL Cluster fail over occur near the same time.  Any insight on this meaning and where to find more info would be a help

A VM might have rebooted or a NIC changed it's IP, either by not finding a DHCP server on bootup, bringing a NIC online without a static IP set, etc. If you had a cluster failover, it would make sense if you saw this when a virtual IP flipped between nodes..
