Hi there,

today our vCOps instance from the clear sky stopped working with the following message in the web browser:

The requested resource () is not available.

I found out that on the AnalyticsVM /dev/mapper/data_vg-data is nearly full - 113 out of 119GB used (100% use).

Is there a documentation how to extend the space for this and how reconfigure vCOps?

Thanks

daniel

Hi Daniel,

Shutdown the vApp, add Disk and wait a Bit, that should be all...

Hi Daniel,

the only thing I found was these documentation in the latest Release Notes:

http://www.vmware.com/support/vcops/doc/vcops-501-release-notes.html

There is a link to the Upgrade Guide http://www.vmware.com/pdf/vcops-5-installation-guide.pdf

take a look on page "28" - > Add a Hard Disk to a Virtual Machine

hope it works

Great behaviour of the vApp.

Adding a disk, rebooting and the system reconfigures itself.
