How to send custom logs or logs kept at custom path to VMware Loginsight

Dear Team,

We have a requirement, wherein we have to send logs from VMware View Server kept at custom path to Vmware Loginsight.

We have installed Loginsight agent on server and it is forwarding few logs , but not all.

So we need steps to send custom path logs to vRealize Loginsight.

Add a custom file logger to the agent group and give it the path to the logs along with other details required to parse them. This is covered in the product documentation.

I am still unclear and i have checked the documentation, but not able to find the exact thing.

It would be great , if you can help me with the steps that i can follow to achieve the requirement.

1. Install Horizon View content pack
2. Clone agent group of your choice to a new one
3. Edit cloned agent group to change the file path to what you want (see screenshot)
4. Save agent group and configure for hosts.
