Hardware Monitoring using vROPS

Hi,

I have deployed vRealize operation manager in our environment. After adding the cloud accout , vROPS showing all configured objects but not showing actual hardware health.

One power supply of dell server is showing down but same is not showing in vROPS. Please let me know the possible solution to fix the same

Hi,

did you add the OpenManage™ Management Pack for vRealize Operations Manager to your vROPS?

Regards,

Ralf

Hope this helps a bit.

Did you install the Dell branded ESXi image on the servers? Or are you using the native ESXi image of VMware?

Hi,

sorry for late reply.

don't have any information about the same before. I have checked the given links but showing don't have permission to download the same management pack.

Any other way to install and add the same in vROPS.

Currently using the evaluation version of esxi and vROPS to testing in my lab environment. After deploying the vROPS , many monitoring information I can see like Host/VM/DataStore/Utilization of  CPU&RAM and etc. under one umbrella but physical server health is not showing in vROPS.

As per current condition , Dell server one power supply is down. Same alert I can see in vCenter but not showing the same in vROPS.
