Getting error "Exception during onAction: null" in vROPs Recent Task

Hi Team,

When trying to run a workflow from vROPs alert using an action, i am getting a "Exception during onAction: null" error. Though the workflow gets triggered and completes without any error but in vROPs i am getting failed status.

Please help me understand this issue.

I had the same issue with vROps and vRO management pack. 
When using OOTB workflows from package com.vmware.library.vcenter, vROps report those workflows as failed in recent tasks. But the workflow is executed successfully when I look into vCenter.

I have my own package. Simple workflow (execute command uptime through SSH).

VC: VirtualMachine as input

I have tried on output:

- nothing

VC:VirtualMachine

String (Success)

Always the same....all works, but in recent tasks, I can see: Exception during onAction: NULL
