Data show "-" in vcops custom reports

Hi All, I have created custom report to show workload/utilization on My environment from VM list, Host List, and Cluster List. But Somehow the data is just only show "-", for example for metric cpu|workload only show value in VM list, and Host List, but in the Cluster List just show "-" , This happen in super metric as well, In All metrics page from vcops vsphere-ui, i can see the value is generated but in custom report i generated the value just "-".   The step i configured to create custom report is created template report.xml in xmlviews directory, and updated metric that i want to generate in file user_ciq_metrics_collected. Is there anyone know this issue. Thanks all

there are few older threads with some details on what has to be done, suggest to look into them.

also, you need to wait ~24hrs for the new metrics to show up in reports (because they are being forwarded from the "alive" part to the "ciq" part of the product).

maybe you can share both files so that folks can take a look...

and , you are doing that on the analytics VM, right?
