Chargeback too slow with vCOPS

Hi all,

I installed 5.6 and Chargeback vCOPS in my infrastructure. From Chargeback, when recovering data from vCOPS using the dashboard, when I consider the datastore, the operation is very long (10/20 hours), while the CPU and memory no problem. Have you any idea what happened?

Hi Matrix,

I've the same problem on my environment, but dashboard reports are very slow even without storage resource. Did you find a solution for your environment?

I am pretty sure this has been done, but are all systems in time sync? vC Ops (UI VM & Analytics VM), Chargeback Manager and vCenter Server (if involved also vCloud Director and vShield Manager?
