I'm looking how to change the default URL address in Alert details link sent via SMTP channel. When the alert is sent the URL link point to ip address instead of dns name (https://128.227.0.82/vcops-vsphere/?alert=2636)
Where must i change this?

I don't know if this is why you are getting an IP for the URL instead of FQDN, but can the UI VM resolve its own host name?
Yes, the UI VM resolves correctly name to it's own IP
