Can't recieve mail notifications

Hello guys,

I encountered with the issue when email notifications from vCOPS server dont work.

SMTP server is set and telnet to 25 port is opened. I can see even established connection to SMTP with netstat. But after several minutes connection breaks.

What kind of problem can it be?

the connection to SMTP server is not constant - it is created (open-close) on demand, whenever mails have to be send.

Are you having issue with sending/receiving emails or... ?

A place to look for more relevant info is the "analytics.log" file on the analytics Vm (out of the top of my head, it is located in "/data/vcops/log...")
