vrealize automation manager service installed?

When I installed iaas, I select all components but when I go to service manager,

I see this

So am I missing the manager service? When I tried to rerun the iaas installer again and select manager service, it says port 443 already in use

The Manager Service is the last one "vCloud Automation Center Service"
