I tried to set the default value of one of my fields to '${env.requestedBy}' in the cloud template but that doesn't evaluate it just sets it to ${env.requestedBy}. I tried setting it in the custom form but must have gotten something incorrect. It wants a csv with each fieldname and value i think. Is it possible to do so and if so and if so what is the correct CSV to define. The field name is QC_MDB_user.
