vRA 8 - Seeing storage\disk from image\template

vRA 7.6 blueprints since they were tied to a specific image\template the storage tab filled with the disk(s) from that image. We then allow the end user to resize those at provisioning time or add new disks. Also have a couple of EBS to vRO to do things like ensure all the disks for a SQL blueprint show the right drive letter and name (via VirtualMachine.DiskX.label and .letter) as well as for a certain inputs on another blueprint if a drive was not added by the user to add it.

Working on getting vRA 8.6.2 set up and do not see a way from the vRA side to see how many disks the vSphere Template (full clone in this case) has on it and how to show that to the user so they know how large the storage will be by default. Can understand that with the image mapping the Cloud Assembly canvas doesn't actually know if all of the images you mapped have the same disk layout.

Another team creates the vSphere templates (changing the name from blueprint to cloud template is confusing) so I can get the disk information from them but do you add disks to the Cloud Assembly canvas to match or will that duplicate the number of disks? It won't be world-ending for us if users can only add\resize disks as a day 2 action but would like to know how\if other show the storage grid to the user of what will get provisioned from the clone.
