vRA 7.4 Custom form permission refused ?

Hi,

we moved to vRA 7.4 and we enable Custom Form Blueprint...

Very nice.

But for some kind of users (which have the privilege to use the standard blueprint), we have the following error while loading the blueprint custom form :

If I log on another account which is member of the entiltlemment, it works

Do someone has an idea ?

Have you applied HF5 available here yet? If not, may want to do that first.

thanks for your message.

I have be told to not update to HF5.

And for this problem, we found a workaround by adding the support users of the business group in the users.
