vRA 6.2.1 I can't create blueprint because snapshot doesn't appear

I'm working with vRA 6.2.1 and at the moment when i try to create a blueprint via linked clone, the VM appear correctly, but no the snapshot.

Someone have any idea??

Once you create snapshot, you have to run Inventory Data Collection. It is located in Infrastructure > Compute resources > <your cluster>

This may also happen if the machine with snapshot is on a cluster that you don't have a reservation for.
