vCAC ot vRA 6.1 approval option need to be in triggered mail

Hi,

Is there any option to give approval with triggered mail from Inbox of business users (Email account)?.

without self-service portal can we give approval with in Inbox(Email account)by using triggered mail.

Yes, that is a symptom of not having configured an Inbound mail server. Once that is defined the buttons will show up.

Yes you can.

Check out the HOL-SDC-1421 Hands On Lab which takes you through the process. Module 2 is Approvals.

Hi Grant,

As you said, I already configured same as the module 2 in HOL.

But Approve and Reject options are not available in triggered mail(IT manager Email Inbox).

I configured two Level policies(IT Manager& Business head) as condition as "Always required & anyone can approve".

I never configured Inbound Email server?..Is it related to this?......
