release a cloud template to the console

I am new to vra 8 and am using the cloud version (not sure if this makes a difference)  

I have a current blueprint in my catalog and need to make a change to it.

I went to cloud assembly, Design, opened the cloud template, version history and restored to the version I wish to change.   I made my change(a small change to update a description in inputs), successfully ran a test and it shows the new description.   I set a new version, went back to version history and clicked release next to my version. 

My version now show unrelease and has a check next to it

Now I go to Service Broker, Content & Policies, content sources and open the content source and click Save and Import.

When I go to my catalog the version has changed but my edits did not.  

Can anybody help me with this?

I have answered my own question.  I am making changes in the blueprint but I needed to change it in the form field properties.
