In this blueprint, don't we have to add the Edge GW?

If yes, should I use 'on-demand load balancer' at the left pane of bluprint canvas? (I couldn't find 'on-demand Edge')

The following "On-Demand Load Balancer" should be selected for on-demand Edge Gateway, right?

The fact that you are using a NAT profile enforces the deployment of an Edge. You don't need to drag that on unless you are intending to do load balancing.
