Is this possible to provide two factor authentication in vRA?
Not in 6.x. Only username / password or credential passthrough.
can it be done via third party tools like hytrust.com?
You'd be better off taking that up with the third-party.... or take a look at what's coming in the next version of vRA. Rumor is that it was announced in Barcelona today.
