Specify vCNS Manager address to VCAC 5.2 ?

what is the address format to add vCNS Manager ?

i use:

manager.cloudsolution.com (my vcns manager )

is this the right format?

I believe the text box expects the protocol as well... so you'd use https://manager.cloudsolution.com

i  followed you advice, but it still doesn't work. i got this error from log viewer:

I had exactly the same error than you. To solve the problem, I created a new account in vSM with origin=vCenter and role=enterprise administrator , in vCenter my user has autorisation at datacenter level.

After that, retry collect with your vCenter endpoint, the first synchronization could be long, depending on number of objets managed.

But unfortunately, this morning my vCenter endpoint has an error, so vCNS is down too :smileyconfused:

DC: 659e6c49-c853-44fd-bd59-406718c332fd: inventory: LAB-vcenter: LAB-Cluster: Error processing data collection response, StatusID = 959cacac-d8bc-44d8-9718-fab88b75fc7c, exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Do you have a specific use case ? because on vCNS it seems very limited ...
