One issue in vRA 7.5

Please help me to resolve this issue.

We have a vRA 7.5 production environment and we have one issue.

Submitted revert to snapshot for one VM in vRA but it is still showing in progress from last 5 hours.

In vCenter level the revert snapshot task was completed.

Help me to resolve this issue.

Is the request that is stuck "In Progress" preventing any other tasks from being executed on the VM?

If not, then the issue is cosmetic and can be ignored. If you really want it to show as completed, it'll require updating the request record in the cat_request table of the vRA PostgreSQL database.

If it is, then you'll likely need to manually update the status of the resource in the vRA SQL Server database as well as the request record in the vRA PostgreSQL database.
