Wondering why IIS is required for installing Manager service ? Can someone shed some light please.
Model manger, website are hosted on another web server.

We need IIS on the machine hosting the ManagerService because the Manager service endpoint VMPS2 and Approval service as well as a number of others need IIS to allow other components of vCAC to talk back to the Manager Service.
