Does vCAC support vSphere 5.5 platform directly?

Hi,

I tried to deploy vCAC 5.2 with vSphere 5.5 platform, but I encountered an issue when I tried to configure credentials to add vSphere to vCAC that system always pending the “loading” so that I cannot go to next step. I wonder whether vCAC support vSphere 5.5 directly or rely on vCloud director.

vCAC supports vCenter 5.5 and you can directly deploy on vSphere environment.

What does logs say? What user are you trying to add it with? Domain user or SSO admin?

Its right in the screenshot you posted. Second last option. Log viewer. try different credentials and see? Does it happen only for vSphere or have you added any credentials? try a different browser? Are you using the correct form? i mean like Domain\Username?

Hi Abhiash,

I tried to deploy vSphere 5.1 again and then all of thing is ok. I am sure that all procedure is same as vSphere 5.5. including domain\username and browser. I just deployed vSphere platform not other platform(Hyper-v/XEN/KVM). I will try to redeploy vSphere 5.5 again when I have free time. Thanks for your help.
