Does VCAC 6.0 support vCenter 5.5.0b VSA for SSO?

As per the subject, can I use the embedded SSO on the vCenter appliance (version 5.5.0b) for SSO to vCAC?

I'm trying to set it up, and I keep getting:

Server returned 'request expired' less than 0 seconds after request was issued, but it shouldn't have expired for at least 600 seconds.

I have double-checked the timesync between the VCAC appliance and it looks good to me.

Any suggestions?

I believe this should work, I've had a system running just fine with this configuration in my lab.

Yes, it does. That message is, as you suspect, typically related to time between the appliance and the SSO source. I haven't run into that with these versions myself yet though.

I have a running VC5.5b and vCAC6.0

also a VCSA5.5b with vCAC6.0

But there is a little buggy thing, think it depends on the SSO core used in vCAC6.0

--> VMware KB: vSphere 5.5 Single Sign-On administrator@vsphere.local password issues

It looks like that the code for SSO used in vCAC6.0 still have this issue, because I had an failure with administrator PWD using an "&" ("!" works, strange)

regards,

Andreas

I also observed that, some of the special characters are not allowed for administrator password.
