Day 2 software deployments

Basically i'm trying to verify if its possible to deploy software components after the initial VM has been deployed.

E.g. Deploy SQL or install IIS roles sometimes weeks after the initial VM deployment.

Or am i looking for functionality that is codestream?

Software deployment as part of the blueprinting is a functionality called "app authoring" and is available in Enteprise. Not sure if you're asking about that, or deploying "on demand" software as an actual Day 2 action (which doesn't exist now).
