Cost profile set to automatic

I have multiple compute resources that are tied to the same fabric group and some allow me to set the cost profile and others don't, they just say automatic. I have read the documentation and it says that as long as I'm a fabric admin i should be able to change that, is there something else i am missing?  I am running vRA 6.2.2

Do you have vRB Standard registered with vRA ? If vRB Standard registered with vRA, it will update cost profile in Compute Resources to automatic.

We had vRB standard installed but it provided more information than we wanted so i unregistered it from vRA.  The strange thing is that now some compute resources allow me to change it but others don't.  It appears that the unregister didn't clean up correctly
