I found log show IAAS cannot resolve name of vCAC appliance. I have updated DNS server, so installation is completed.

try remove all folders from .....\vCAC\server
after an failed installation....

Can you upload the entire log file? There might be more information in the file to help us understand what's going wrong in your environment.
