Blank page

Hi everyone,

I've installed vRA 6.2.1.0 (basic installation) and deployed IAAS components.

I've created a new tenant but when I try to connect, I just have a blank page (even if I connect with an admin account).

I have this entry on catalina.out (maybe not related) :

When trying to connect with a browser to "https://myvm/WAPI/api/status" I still have a blank page.

Does anybody knows how can I correct this problem ?

Which browser did you try? Can try from Chrome or firefox?

I've tried from IE and Firefox, same behaviour

https://myvm/WAPI/api/status   This points to your IaaS Web Server so I am going to take a guess and say that something did not quite go right when installing the Windows IaaS Server.  You should have 3 IIS application that you should be able to connect to.  Check your logs there and possible restart IIS to see what clues you can find

You get it : just uninstall / reboot and reinstall IAAS components.

Now I don't have a blank screen when I log in.
