Which load balancing persistency method should exactly being used with app volumes?
Regarding to this article (https://techzone.vmware.com/resource/app-volumes-architecture) there is the "Hash all Cookies" method mentioned but what does this mean?
Is this like hashing the "app volumes manager server provided cookie method" or is this a "HTTP cookie insert by the load balancer" method?
If it means that the app volumes server creates a cookie, what is the name of this cookie?
Is there a app volume specific reason (beside the source NAT consideration) for not using the "source address" method?
What is the recommended health check URL?
Can we go with / or /login or /health_check or are there some considerations to take?
