Hi Everyone,
How to find out, list of app stacks thous are attached to end user's by ruining commend on end user machine through command prompt (CMD)
I know we can find it from app volume manager GUI,
but I am looking for a command, which can display list out app stacks attached to end user?
Thanks
AVManager.contoso.com is not your AppVolumes Manager URL. Please specify in the .config file only the values that fits for your environment.
The existing entries are only an example! If you can not even enter your environment values, then I can unfortunately not help you, SORRY.
Hi tschuegy, you are misunderstanding at this point if I am not wrong ![]()
If you see in my reply above in "note" I mentioned that I changed .config file at "AppVolumesListAppStacks\AppVolumesListAppStacks\AppVolumesSelfService\bin\Debug" as per my environment even thou it is not working
is there some other places that I have to change?
You have modified the file "AppVolumesListAppStacks.exe.config" and then startet the executable "AppVolumesListAppStacks.exe"?
Yes You are right, is there any place that we have to change settings other than this file "AppVolumesListAppStacks.exe.config" ?
No there are no other file where you can config this settings. But you can open the visual studio project (\AppVolumesListAppStacks.sln). I use visual studio pro 2015. Then in the properties you can set the values:
After that, you can start and test the new compiled app.
I include a text file in the c:\ folder of every appstacks so that you can quickly see the stacks a user has.
In the notes file is anything related to that stack, applications installed in it, where permissions might be granted, what might have been done differently over a native install etc etc
