Accompanied by event logs...
Event 26 Application Popup...
Application popup: explorer.exe - System Error : The system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application. This overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control or this application.
After clicking ok ---> Event 1002 Winlogon...
The shell stopped unexpectedly and explorer.exe was restarted.
