Windows Cannot access specified device path or file Appvolume 4 error

Getting error that "Windows Cannot access the specified device, path or file, You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

AppVolume Version - APP VOLUMES 4, VERSION 2009 (4.2.0.48)

Any help in this case is appreciated, all applications give the same error.

I found the cause for issue, its due to a GPO setting "Removable Disks : Deny Execute Access was Enabled.
