Very slow login Windows 7 with any attachment

The login takes 62 minutes if any AppStack or writable volume is attached.  During those 62 minutes, all I see on the view client is the welcome screen and the spinning wheel.  In the Horizon View Administrator, I don't see the user get assigned to the desktop until the wait is over.  In the vSphere Client, I can see the VM get reconfigured right away.  In the application event log of the view connection server, I see many "Unable to configure broker. Error downloading configuration from App Volumes Manager ([IP]): Invalid character in a Base-64 string."

This is a known issue and will be resolved soon. In the mean time please remove the App Volumes broker service from the View server. App volumes manager will continue to work and look for an update soon. the broker services is only to improve performance and in this case it's doing the exact opposite
