Wondering if anyone can shed any light on a strange issue we are having...
The scenario is:
1. We have a master image that grants users full control of the HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\OBDC key and all sub-items
2. We capture a number of applications in an App Stack including some that create entries into HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\OBDC\OBDC.INI
3. The permissions within the App Stack provide users with full control of HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\OBDC and all sub-items including HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\OBDC\OBDC.INI
4. With a writeable volume in place the they cannot write to this registry location and cannot create new keys under HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\OBDC\OBDC.INI
5. If we remove the writeable volume they have no problem writing to these registry keys and creating new keys.
6. If we then create a new Writeable volume it continues to work fine...
Any ideas what has gone wrong?
