UEM with Writable + Profile Issue

We are using UEM with Writable + Profile.  It appears any shortcuts do not work with UEM.  The self help works and clearly sees all of my archives and what not, but refreshing manually does nothing.  Is there a known issue with UEM and writables + profile? I've tried the trick with the bat file on the writables and that was a no go.

You can enable FlexEngine logging policy and check them.

Flex config files

Use this setting to configure the central location of the Flex config files for use by

FlexEngine. FlexEngine runs with the user's credentials and will process each Flex config

file that the user has NTFS read access to.

It is recommended to use a UNC path for this setting. Typically this would point to the

General folder created by the Management Console in the UEM configuration share:
