UEM Shortcut Refresh during attaching/detaching AppStacks

Hi guys,

we use UEM and AppVolumes togehter.on our floating, non-persistent VDI Desktops

I like to manage all shortcuts of apps that are provisioned by appvolumes with UEM.

So I delete all shortcuts in the appstack and create a shortcut setting in UEM.

I also create the "allvolattached.bat" on my appstacks to trigger an UEM refresh directly after attaching an appstack.

This will work fine.

But I have no possibility to trigger an "uem refresh" after deatching an appstack??? So if a remove an appstack IMMEDIATELY during a user session all the shortcuts are still visible. But will of cause not work anymore.

So I need an automaticaly undo of the shortcuts directly after detaching an appstack. Logoff it not a solution for me.

Don't wanna spoil the party but i believe that in release notes they state that it is best not to use automatically unassign of appstacks and I'm not even sure if it is 100% supported due this specific error you are adressing here.

The only option you have (just my 2 cents though) is to trigger some sort of Powershell script after a disk has been removed. You might be able to do this using Powershell.
