Trial license - 100% utilised?

Hello,

We have a App Volumes trial license that has been on 10/10 users 100% utilised for about a month now. This means we cannot assign ANY users app volumes even though we have completely unassigned ALL volumes to users.

Trial license is VMware App Volumes v2.9 EULA Enforced Eval License (app_volumes_license.key).

Under users it says 10 out of 10 used.

Under the 'Volumes' tab, if I unassign all 'assigned' and 'in use' apps, the utilisation still remains at 100%.

Can someone can shed some light as to how I can reset this utilisation?

This is a user license model, not concurrent user model.

My guess is you have to mail VMWare if it is possible to remove users from the license. Once a user logs in he takes up a license.

You could just reinstall manager, overwrite database and import all appstacks afterwards. Licenses are then removed.
