Strange processes on App Volumes Server?

Morning folks. I have a couple of app volumes servers running in a test environment. Lately we have been having some odd issues with authentication. I rebooted them and my vcenter server. When I check task manager I see about a dozen cmd.exe processes and about a dozen ruby.exe processes. Is this normal? If so, what are they doing? I am worried that the box is infected.

Ruby si actually the script engine that talks to the NGINX webservice so yeah, these are all legit. If tou start up the server you will see several ruby,exe processes that take up all CPU for starting the engine.

The CMD processes I do not have to be honest. It could very well be housekeeping but you'd have to ask support for that.
