Running appcapture through Ansible

Has anyone managed to get appcapture running through Ansible?  

I'm triggering appcapture.exe /new through the win_shell module and it seems to be working fine.  I can install several apps, but when I run appcapture.exe /end it throws and invalid payload_x000D__x000A_ error

In the playbook did you run the commands elevated with "become" or disable UAC?

UAC is disabled and the playbook is running as Administrator.
