Revit 2019 AppVolumes

Has anyone been able to get Revit 2019 to work with AppVolumes, UEM, and writable volumes?  The application installs on the provisioning machine without error, and launches very fast.  Once I deploy it to an instant clone pool however the application takes over 10 minutes to launch then works as normal.  I've tried editing the snapvol.cfg file to exclude and reverse replicate reg key entries that proc mon said was taking too long, but I can't seem to nail down the right ones.  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

What version of Appvolumes ate you using?? Seems like an issue with Reverse_replicate.

I've installed Revit 2019 in an App Volumes 2.16 appstack fine, but it has taken many hours to install it (with updates and add-ins). We're not using UEM, however.  Just profile-only writable and AD group policy.
