ODBC error while installing App volume manager

Hello,

I'm trying to do a manual install of App volume manager choosing local server express database installation. However i'm getting an error like below. I tried installing the ODBC driver however no luck. Has anyone faced similar issue or aware of this error. Any help on this is highly appreciated.

I think the solutions is you have to enable 'named pipes' protocol in SQL Server Configuration Manager under Network Protocols

Hi TopStep111,

Thanks for the response. Here i have no SQL server installed, instead trying to create a database as a part of installation.

Hi,

The ODBC error is fixed. Now i'm getting an error related to generating self signed certificate.

Is any one aware of this error. This is what i see from the log file
