Not able to connect to vCenter

I am trying to deploy VMware APP Volume 3.0 in lab and trying to integrate App Volume with vCenter.

I don't have any firewall in between both vcenter and app volume server are in same IP Address Range

ping is working fine between app volume server and vCenter / ESXi host

Error:

Unable to connect to 192.168.109.200: Connection Failed!

Do you have SSL enabled? Might need to disable SSL on the OVA. log in and look under /etc/wemi/utils and run the SSL disable script.
