HKEY_USERS....Classes

Hello

App volume 2.10 writeble volume  template_uia_plus_profile

Try to install software and get error cant create volume HKEY_USERS32\S-1-5-21-....\Software\Classes

Could you check whether the user has local administrator privilege?

User in local admin group.

Sorry I have a Russian os lang

Error messege:

Can't open Classes

Ccan't open this Section due to an error

Info: can't find Specified file

1. Are you using UIA or UIA+profile templete?

2. Is this behaviour observed when installing any specific application or with all applications? If specific application, please share the application details.

UIA+profile templete

Only one specific application, it's a part of banking soft.

I don't know why it try to making something in hkey_users\...\classes, not global classes.

I can't find information why in View desktop whit app volume UIA+profile I can't access [HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-859586639-3612352768-1022510142-1107\SOFTWARE\Classes]

try to open in your vdi

Guess this issue could be the application specific. Suggest to raise a support request with VMware to troubleshoot.
