With 2.18.2.27 how would one go about gathering app volume manager logs for a manager that is down? The server is physically still up but the manager is not responding. VMWare support says to follow this article: https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2095974
Yet the manager zip log collector only gathers server/system information and it doesn't collect any App Vol Manager logs. If you gather logs from another App Volumes Manager that is up, their support says the manager that is down won't have any logs in there. Then they close my tickets because I can't provide them logs....that they can't help me gather either.
