Error code 402. Volumes were not mounted due to an invalid license or exceed license usage.

I am getting this error when trying to connect to the VM.  Has anyone seen this before?

I believe that this used to be an issue with older version if you tried to attach multiple appstacks while using a trial license.

Otherwise i have no idea (if this is production) why this is popping up. You do have the correct setting of the manager in the Agent?

And what happens if you log into the manager and check licenses there?? Are there licenses available??

Easy way for us to verify is to post a screenshot of the License page from the Manager. It's the first subtab under the configuration tab.
