Cannot deleted orphaned appstack

Hi Everyone.
So I have an appstack installation that gone wrong, and now to appstack is orphaned, and cannot be completed or deleted.

If i click either "Complete" or "Cacncel" in the picture below, a "Server Error" popup appears, with the system log entries, shown in the last picture.

How can i remove the orphaned appstack from my system?

You need to place a GSS SR to have them remove this package.

They have to use the Ruby rails console to run some commands that will make sure all is removed from the database and all files are deleted from the DS locations.

This is something you do not want to do on your own, because you could cause some issues that will cause you to have to rebuild the whole AVM instance over again.
