Hello,
We often receive the error Unable to locate LDAP entry for "username@domain" and Unable to locate LDAP entry for "desktop@domain" in the system message of App Volumes. When this happen, the user is able to open a session on the virtual desktop but the app stacks are not attached.
The App Volume server and the DCs for the virtual desktop and users are on two separate domain with full trust with each other. When a user authentify with DC1, the app stacks are connected. When a user authentify with DC2, the error message above appear in the system messages.
We use App Volume 2.10 and View 6.2.1
Any idea of what's happening?
