Hello,
I have a XenDesktop 7.6 delivery group machines (no persistent), and appvolumes 2.7. I use AppStack with Visual studio 2010 and 2015, and i use writable volume.
When i try to:
open visual studio 2015
create new project console c#
press "F5" to save project in C:
error!!
If i disable writable volume an try again... it works
What happen with writable volume?
can anybody help me?
Regards
Could you try excluding the path where the new project folder is created (say C:\project) from the writable volumes and check please.
Kindly follow this blog for excluding path from writable volumes
Maybe it's just me and believe me I have seen my fair share of Appvolumes version but I would suggest updating the old 2.7 version.
Also try to check and see if you have some #DELETED# values in your writable snapvol.dat file. Make sure to attach the writable to a machine that doesn't have the Appvolumes agent and attach the .dat file to your registry editor.
Agree Ray. Please upgrade to the latest version 2.12 that has lot of new features and improvements.
