We are using Windows 10 (1909 x64) with AppVolumes (4.2.0.48) and Ivanti Environment Manager (Personalization instead of VMWare DEM)
If we create an random AppStack (let's say Notepad++) and assign it to the user, we are facing the following problem:
When opening Word 2016 (x32) our the Normal.dot disappears from our custom Startup folder and is not accessable anymore. Like it is deleted.
We disabled Antivirus also, but this only happens if an appstack is connected.
We are not using writeables.
Any ideas oder suggestions?
