AppVolumes - You must be in the Administrative group to Login.

Hello -

I am receiving this error message. when trying to login to Appvolumes:

AppVolumes -  You must be in the Administrative group to Login.

I am in the administrative group that provides access. the problem is that someone has moved the AD Object somewhere else in Domain tree. Furthermore i do not remember where it originated.

I am pretty sure your able to do a SQL querry on the Appvolumes database to output the group name and path of the Group used.

Does anyone know how to do that ?

The information you are looking for is stored in the group_permissions table.

There you will find the group name (CN name) of the group that has admin permissions.

In the old environment you could only have 1 group, now it seems as if you can have multiple groups.
